Gianna Huang is a passionate and dedicated legal professional with a robust background in taxation law, commercial law and compliance. Her journey into the legal profession is fuelled by a commitment to helping families navigate complex legal challenges and achieve positive outcomes. Gianna was admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2024. 

She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney. Additionally, she holds an Advanced Diploma of Translating, a Master of Professional Accounting, and a Master of International Trade and Commerce Law. These diverse qualifications provide her with a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of the legal and financial landscapes, enhancing her ability to address complex family law issues with a multifaceted approach.

With more than 12 years of experience in customer service, Gianna has honed her skills in effectively managing and supporting clients across various fields. Prior to joining the Genesis Edge team, Gianna gained extensive experience as a senior compliance officer, where she developed and implemented compliance programs, provided strategic risk mitigation solutions, and ensured continuous regulatory adherence. Her roles required meticulous attention to detail, strategic planning, and effective communication with clients and government departments.

Gianna’s fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout the legal process. Gianna is also a NAATI-accredited translator for English to Chinese, adding valuable language skills to her legal expertise.
